Long Eared, Whisker Wide and something for dessert

Really it’s very smart – to get the right shaped bowl for your dog or cat. Cats don’t like to feed with their whiskers touching the bowl and it’s not good for your dog to be walking around with messy after dinner dog ears. So, I’ve heard of wide whiskered bowls before, not that either Milly or Poppet care, but never heard of Spaniel bowls for the long eared dog. Courtesy of The Stylish Dog Company comes this range of pottery feeding and water bowls, and also treat jars. Very cute, they are dishwasher safe and if you like you can have them personalized with your furballs name!
The Whisker Wides from Village Pet Outfitters are handcrafted from 100% recycled glass and are shallow and wide enough to accommodate the width of a cat’s whiskers!
and, just so we humans don’t feel left out, here are some whimsical doggy dessert plates from West Elm

What a smart idea those bowls are! (And I just love the dessert plates. So cute!)

I heart West Elm! Sadly, the location in San Antonio closed almost as quickly as it opened. :(
But, if you want to decorate with oversized metal stars and “God Bless Texas” signs, there are plenty of options. Sigh…. :)

That’s a great idea for the dog bowls! They’re very pretty as well. I also really like the West Elm dessert plates. West Elm has some of the best styled items I’ve seen.
