A Little Extra from blanket

Just in case you haven’t noticed, we’ve made a few changes to Blanket’s home page that I’d like to draw your attention to.

A great new local service
To increase our help for lost pets we’ve added a simple “Notify me if pets go missing in my local area” service that anyone can enroll for. You don’t need to be a Blanket member to receive these emails, so encourage everyone to sign up. The more people we can make aware as soon as a pet goes missing, the faster we can get them safely back home!

The Blanket Newsletter
Also on the homepage, you can now sign up to receive our Blanket newsletter. We won’t be publishing this to a fixed timetable, but when we have something special to offer or some important news, this is where you’ll be the first to know. Again, you don’t have to be a Blanket member to subscribe.

A ‘How it works” Video
If you’re weary of explaining all the benefits of a blanket ID tag to those people that ask, you can now direct them to our ‘How Blanket ID Works’ video – it’s right on the home page.

A cool new logo for The Blanket Fund
We’re lucky to have a very talented friend and supporter in Douglas Jones. Some of you may be familiar with his illustrations for the likes of The New York Times, Forbes Magazine, Penguin Books, Business Week or The Wall Street Journal – to name but a few. However, most of you will be unaware that Doug actually designed Blanket’s logo and has now kindly redesigned our Blanket Fund Logo too.
